Badminton Australia is an ASC Sporting Schools delivery partner, helping schools introduce badminton through funded teacher-delivered or coach-delivered programs. Funding can also be used to purchase equipment to support your program.

Supplementary to the manual, this training gives teachers the knowledge and to deliver Badminton Australia’s Shuttle Time Schools Program in a way that is fun, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate for all students. Across a series of short, engaging modules, you’ll explore the program’s philosophy, learn how each session is structured, and see exactly how to introduce key skills using simple, adaptable activities.

Sport Education in Physical Education (SEPEP)
Sport Education in Physical Education (SEPEP)
SEPEP (Sport Education in Physical Education Program) is an innovative model that replicates real-world sport experiences. The Badminton Australia Shuttle Time SEPEP program is student-centred and engages students in roles such as Umpire, Coach, Scorekeeper, Competition Manager and Journalist, fostering skills in teamwork, leadership, and sport-specific training. Aligned with HPE outcomes, students actively coordinate all aspects of lessons and the assessment frameworks and worksheets provided allows consistent guidance and assessment opportunities.
