Officiating

Technical Officials (TO) are one of the most important pillars for competitive sport and badminton is no exception to this. There are three major roles that ensure a smooth competition or tournament; the referee, the umpire and the line judge. Each of these roles is charged with a specific component of the competition, and as such require a different area expertise.
