International Events Entry Forms

For Australian players wanting to enter international events please click on the link below and complete the required information.

The VICTOR Oceania Para Badminton Championships 2023 are being played in Mandurah, Western Australia: 29 September – 1 October.

This is a classification tournament with Classification being held on 28 September.

The Western Australia Para Badminton International 2023 will follow this tournament in the same venue, 2- 6 October 2023, and the WAPBI prospectus should be available soon.

In order for Badminton Australia to meet the entry deadline outlined in the prospectus all Australian player entries will close on 27 July 2023 and should be submitted by the following link.
 
Note: once the entry deadline has passed, all players will be contacted to make accommodation/transport arrangements.

A fully inclusive multisport event, designed for the LGBTQI+ community and allies, taking place in Auckland, New Zealand from Friday 5 – Thursday 11 April 2024.

What are the Rainbow Games 2024?

A dynamic and vibrant multisport event that showcases the power of sports to transcend barriers and foster social connection and inclusivity. Participants from all walks of life will come together to compete in a diverse range of disciplines, across 14 sports, including: badminton, basketball 3×3, football, lawn bowls (Bowls3Five), netball, roller derby, rugby 7s, running (5k, 10k and Half Marathon), softball, swimming, tennis, ten-pin bowling, touch and volleyball 4s,

Where are the Rainbow Games 2024?

The Rainbow Games 2024 predominantly take place at the Trusts Arena, where at least half of the sports and an arts, culture and social hub will form the Rainbow Games hub. Other venues (mostly within proximity) include Te Pain Netball Centre, PINS Bowling Henderson, West Wave Swimming Pool, Henderson Lawn Bowls Club, Waitakere Bears Softball Club and Albany Tennis Park.

Who are the Games for?

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or complete beginner, there is something for everyone. Each sport offers different classifications and divisions to give everyone a meaningful experience. These Games provide a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to compete, regardless of gender or identity expression. You do not have to be part of the rainbow community to take part. Allies are encouraged to join in and show their support for friends and whanau, proving the power of sport to bring people together. This is your chance to showcase skills, have fun, and form lifelong friendships.
